30 min Upper body training

Training that combines free weights with upper body movements and high-interval exercises so that you can isolate upper body strength and muscle growth.

45 min full body training

This training combines core exercises with the 30 minute full body training method to help you strengthen your core.

30 min lower body training

Training that combines free weights with lower body movements and high interval exercises so that you can isolate lower body strength and muscle growth.

We recommend you combine the 30 minute upper body training with the 30 min lower body training. Each to be used on alternate workout days.

Do you prefer working out in a group setting? Outdoor group training is available for 45 min sessions.
